How to purchase

The easiest way to order is online from The Beverley Hat Company website Simply browse the shop section and make your choice. Please bear in mind that you are purchasing unique pieces that created by hand with dedication, devotion and attention to detail and for that reason are subject to slight variation in form and colour from item to item.

You can pay online through our secure server. We accept payments by Paypal. Please note you can pay with your debit or credit card if you do not have a PayPal account.

We create all our designs completely by hand from scratch using advanced flower making techniques. Petals and foliage are cut by hand, then hand painted and shaped using hot tools. We do not use any premade flowers in any of our designs.
We cherry pick finest materials for our items which include specialised Japanese fabrics in a wide range of textures, pure silks of different kinds, laces, genuine leathers and suedes. We embellish our designs with natural feathers, Swarovski crystals, freshwater pearls, seed beads etc.

We accept custom orders. Colour, size, fabric can all be customised. Most simple modifications to the existing designs can be done free of charge.

If you have seen one of our pieces on our Facebook,Twitter,blog or elsewhere and liked it in most cases we will be able to recreate it for your (subject to supplies availability).


Deliveries and turnaround times

We sell ready to ship items as well as made to order pieces. Ready to ship items will be despatched within 3 days after you have placed and paid for your order (excluding weekends) and are delivered with Royal Mail First Class for domestic orders and Royal Mail International for international orders. If you want us to use a courier delivery ( i.e.DHL, Parcelforce etc), there will be an additional charge.

International customers please remember that all parcels will be subject to customs. All duties and taxes is the responsibility of the buyer and not PresentPerfect Creations Studio.

Our turnaround time for the items made to order ( excluding shipping) is stated in the descriptions and vary from 2 to 5 weeks depending on the complexity of the design and the availability of the materials.

If your order contains both a ready to ship item and an item made to order your order will be shipped when all items are completed.

If you need your item sooner we might be able to accept a rush order at an additional cost. Please e-mail us to discuss this possibility.


Returns & Refunds

Please note that we do not offer refunds on personalised or custom-made items.

The Beverley Hat Company is happy to exchange or refund on any item other than ladies millinery you are not satisfied with. Any unsatisfactory item must be returned, within fourteen days from receipt in an unworn/unused condition with all labels and tags intact, with the original receipt and at the customers own expense. 

If the item (not including ladies millinery) is not returned within the fourteen days then we cannot issue a refund, but will issue a credit note to the value of the purchase only (excluding postage) 

If you find you have ordered in error (i.e wrong colour or size) and require a replacement from us, please include postage costs for your area to cover the return postage. If it is an error on our part, we will cover all postage. 

We do not accept returns from outside the UK.
